Schwing has added Ricardo Sandoval to their Call Center staff at the company’s North American Headquarters in White Bear, MN. Sandoval brings an extensive history of customer service to the position along with bilingual spanish/english skills. Schwing’s Call Center serves customers with a staff of dedicated professionals trained in Schwing’s line of concrete equipment including concrete pumps , truck mixers and batch plants. Sandoval is the third native spansih speaking staffer.
“Ricardo will be a great asset to Schwing’s Call Center as the department continues its focus on spare parts sales and the Latin American market, “ according to Jim Dickerman, Manager, Product Service. Sandoval honed his customer service skills working for the 3M subsidiary in Cost Rica where he was responsible for sales growth and key accounts. He was also responsible for technical training in the company’s products. Sandoval holds a Masters Degree from Universidad Nacional de Costa in International Commerce Management.
Schwing America provides product and support throughout the western hemisphere (excluding Brazil) for the company’s line of concrete pumps, truck mixers, recycling systems and batch plants.
