Schwing has created a new position of Product Service Administrator in the company’s on-going process of providing excellent customer service. Veteran service employee Myron Morehouse with more than 20-years of experience with Schwing products has accepted the position. In the new position Myron will be responsible for conducting all service department scheduling, invoicing and advancing the service group through integration into the company’s SAP software system. The resulting efficiencies will mean even higher levels of customer satisfaction regarding the servicing of Schwing products.
Morehouse has served in many areas of Schwing manufacturing and service with the company’s concrete pump and truck mixer lines. “His hands-on knowledge of our product line gives him a huge advantage in understanding customer service issues and providing accurate scheduling for our field service, “ according to Jim Dickerman, manager, product service.
Schwing’s service department provides customer support from the main office in White Bear, MN as well as at five branches located in Atlanta, Tampa, FL, Carrollton, TX, Mira Loma and Livermore, CA. Field service technicians are on call 24/7 for emergency service and a Call Center in Minnesota provides telephone service support as well as parts ordering.
