Schwing America, Inc. with headquarters in White Bear, MN recently honored a lengthy list of employees with long records of service to the company. Schwing has developed a program that honors its employees who have worked at the company for a multiple of 5 years beginning with the 10th year of service. The luncheon held at the factory in December recognized 22 individuals with ten year anniversaries, two employees had their 15 years of service recognized and four people achieved 20 years of employment with the company. Patrick Schwartz (pictured), an inventory analyst in the Schwing parts department had his 25-year anniversary recognized.
Bill Dease, vice-president of human resources for the company, said, “A successful company’s growth and development is dependent upon the contributions made by their employees. Schwing is no exception. All of these individuals played a vital role in making Schwing what it is today. Thanks to all of the award recipients for their contribution toward Schwing’s tradition of excellence within our industry!”
