In fluid bed incineration service,
Schwing offers a unique dual discharge pump that
splits the sludge flow 50/50, allowing the sludge
cake to pumped evenly into the fluid bed at two
points 180 degrees from each other. This maximizes
the feed efficiency into the incinerator and provides
an even, consistent burn with a single pumping
unit. Only a poppet valve design can provide this
service with 50/50 accuracy.
